Home Assistance Program (HAP)
Document Checklist
The program provides support to income-eligible electricity consumers by helping them to better manage their monthly electricity costs and to increase their home comfort.
Eviction Prevention in the Community (EPIC)
Document Checklist
EPIC works with tenants and landlords to develop effective solutions. EPIC staff also provides wrap-around services that prevent people from getting to the point of eviction.
Rent Bank

Rent Bank support is available to people that have income, is employed, and need help with rent. If your rent is in arrears, we might be able to provide first and last month rent support.
Rent Café

Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
