ELZAR SIPIN

Elzar Sipin is a Rexdale resident, psychiatric Registered Nurse, and Certified Health Executive. He is currently a Lead at Ontario Health’s Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence building and enhancing mental health provincial programs. In previous roles, he has been a Senior Program Consultant at the Ministry of Health, a Project Manager at an Ontario Health Team, and a Mental Health & Addictions School Nurse in Toronto. He holds a Master’s in Health Science in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
