Who we are
Albion Neighbourhood Services (ANS) is a multi-service community organization based in Rexdale, Etobicoke. Since 1971, we have provided accessible supports that empower residents, strengthen families, and build resilient, inclusive communities. Each year, ANS supports thousands of residents across Etobicoke through housing, access, and youth development programs - including the BGC Albion Club, Access Centre, and Housing Supports.

Our History
1971
Our Beginning
Community Information Centre founded at Albion Mall as a small information booth with information about available community and social services. Became incorporated as a non-profit organization.
1980s-1990s
Growth & Expansion of Services
Expanded community services including housing services and additional programs.
1999
BGC Albion (Formerly Boys & Girls Club)
Launched
Albion Neighbourhood Services established the BGC Albion Club (Albion Boys & Girls Club) and became affiliated with BGCC (Boys & Girls Clubs of Canada).
2000-2010s
Growth & Expansion
Added programs to various services and expanded outreach across Etobicoke, strengthening supports for youth, families, and newcomers. Access expanded to include tax services.
2012
Moved to Rexdale Community Hub
Moved to the Rexdale Community Hub as a founding tenant and partner.
2021
BGC Rebrand
Boys & Girls Club rebranded as BGC Albion under BGC Canada.

ANS 50th Anniversary
Albion Neighbourhood Services celebrates 50 years of community service. Woo-hoo!
